Are you in need of some relaxation and tension relief??
Join us in a 7-week, beginner-friendly yoga series led by Instructor Anne Drehfal– designed to help you move and flow with ease. Using slow, restorative moments Anne teaches her participants how to achieve balance and “Come Back to Center”. Classes are suitable for anyone ages 12 and older.
Please be sure to bring your own yoga mat, a small towel and a water bottle. Plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early to get settled before the start of class.
Participants under the age of 18 will need a guardian present -OR- have a signed liability waiver on file.
