Rooms & Rates
The Fort Atkinson Club is an independent, multi-purpose, nonprofit community center with several event spaces; meeting rooms with smart screen TVs, lounge areas, a fireplace, banquet & cafe kitchens, a theater, dance floors, an old-fashioned two-lane bowling alley, and a large patio along the Rock River.
If you are interested in a tour, we are available Monday thru Friday between 10:00 am and 3:00 pm by appointment only.
- Tables and chairs will be set up for you.
- Dishes, silverware, serving trays/ utensils, etc. are included in the Usage Fee ~ Anything used MUST be washed, dried & put back by User(s).
- WiFi on all floors + (2) smart screen TV monitors for slideshows – (1) in the Club Room, (1) on the River Level
- Microphone + built-in speakers on River Level
- Discounts are available for local 501c3 nonprofit organizations.

Wedding Rate Information
The following rate and payment information is specifically for reserving the Fort Atkinson Club for a wedding event. Due to the nature of a wedding event, rates are for the entire building with the option to include an outdoor patio setup for an additional fee. Occupancy is limited to 125 guests.
Rates
- Weekend Rental (up to 24 hours of usage): $4,500+
- Single Day Weekend Rental (up to 12 hours total usage): $2,500+
- Single Day Weekday Rental (up to 12 hours total usage): $1,250+
Payments
- 50% of total estimated Usage Fee is due to confirm the event date. The remaining 50% is due six months prior to the event date. These payments are nonrefundable.
- Security Deposit = $800 in the form of check or credit card guaranteed 3 days prior to the event.
- Excess usage before or after the agreed time = $50 per every 15 minutes (rounded up to the quarter-hour)
- Cancellation Fees: 100% if less than six months prior to the event date. 50% if six months or more from the event date.
