Develop the fundamentals of connecting breath to yoga postures, learn techniques to release tension and improve strength and flexibility. Prior experience not required.
Class equipment needed: Yoga blocks or thick books, blanket/towel/mat, and a yoga strap/belt/bathrobe tie.
