Call for Art Submissions
Submission Deadline: January 31, 2025
This unique showcase highlights the artistic achievements of individuals whose abilities often challenge conventional perspectives, inspiring new ways of thinking about inclusion and creativity. Through this exhibit, we aim to foster awareness about the talents of individuals with disabilities while sparking conversations on how we can increase inclusivity in our communities and workplaces. Join us in celebrating during a special artist reception this February.
This special art exhibit showcases the incredible talents of artists with disabilities, 100% of the profits from any artwork sold will go directly to the artist. This initiative ensures that the artists are fully supported and celebrated for their creativity and hard work.
Art Submission Form
Artists may submit up to 6 pieces. Submit a seperate form for each artwork.
Submit images of your artwork to info@fortatkinsonclub.org. Include the title of the artwork and the artist’s name.

Art drop off dates: Thursday, February 6 and Friday, February 7 | 10 AM – 3 PM at the Fort Atkinson Club.
Art pick up dates: Monday, March 31 and Tuesday, April 1 | 10 AM – 3 PM at the Fort Atkinson Club
Regarding Sale or Not-For-Sale: This decision will be solely the artist’s decision. If your work is selected for the show, you’ll complete a form with details including whether the work is for sale.
